What if:

You had good, solid information that a group, country, or individual had the
ability to do mass weapon death...and were planning on doing it.

With respect to Iraq there is no "solid information", hence the weapons inspects. The U.S., however wanted to adopt a "pre-emptive strike" policy, but thank god for international preassures.

What if:

You had the ability to stop them, but it might cost a number of your own
peoples lives, as well as collateral damage (casulaties among innocents)
among others but in the end, you traded a few thousand for *millions*.

I don't view life that cheaply.

What if:

you did nothing...

The problem is the the United States have done everything but nothing. That is why it is hated by the majority of the people of our world.


Who then is the greater monster?
