I'd like to suggest CDBakeOven, but it doesn't run on anything higher than KDE 2.2.2, until they update it. It works very similarly to EZ CD Creator, and it's the first one I've seen that detects your CDROM properly, not just your burner. Includes adjustable burn speeds, and Burn-proof options.
