were any of you paying customers? if not, then legal action is unlikely to be successful.. since what they were doing is more akin to charity then paid work. Were other companies funding the work? if so, then is possible that something could be done, but all it would take is for Creative to show that the funds injected were all spend on legit expenses and that the money ran out...
