if you want to do it your way,

start with frontpage, make it look like you want in IE,
and when you finish, write the HTML yourself, and each line you do you
should remove all the crap that frontpage added..

that way you get the benefits of wysiwyg but neat code at the end of it.

Okay everybody... I got the your point html is a very easy scripting
language
that only stupids cannot do things with it.

but actually I need to do the web site for a school project and I'm supposed
to do a real "nice" visually appealing one, I was just afraid that I get
caught at the end with some tangled html tags and a deadline date with
nothing
done... (sounds scarey for a a first   timer !!! )

any way I'll give it a try with Blue Fish and see how it goes.
