Use your entire emaiil address for your login ID instead of the part
before the asterik (@)
For example, if your address is [EMAIL PROTECTED]
then don't just use LesJac as your login ID, use;
[EMAIL PROTECTED]
This is of course assuming that the rest of the setup configuration is
correct.
