Here is what you do. Open your email properties and set your smtp server to the same one that your neighbor has. Leave your pop server the same and you'll be golden. I had the same problem at work. But that will do it. Unless of course your neighbors isp's smtp server requires authentication. So basically every thing stays the same exept the smtp server setting. Hope this helps sean
