Getting the sources from CVS is not a problem but how can I create a

Until now I used the GATOS drivers

I have changed my old Riva TNT to a 3D Blaster GeForce 2 to get a TV
output for connecting the PC to the TV and don't have to use a monitor.
The problem comes because I can't start the Xwindows, I have configured
xfree86 (it detect the card without problem, but the problem remains. I

I don't have a solution, but check driver status page at www.xfree86.org.
Some of the S3 Savage chips are not supported by 4.2.0, but I could nor find
the chip you mention in either the 4.2.0 list or the 3.3.6 list. However,
this does not explain why you could not install in graphical mode. The

OK, I got this problem fixed now, thanks to Mark Vojkovich on the XPert

I'm posting this in case anyone else has any similar problems.
There was a problem in the int10 module.
I suppose looking at my output (below), you can see that it tries to load

I've installed Xfree86 4.1.0.1 on my Debian 3.0 box, but whenever it's run
it just enters a blank screen, and doesn't respond to any keypresses

kdm, or kde2. The box has an onboard ProSavage K133 with a Unisys

though ls doesn't see it. use ls -a to make it see
dotfiles).
