I upgraded from X 4.0.1a to 4.1.0 without any problem.
Yet every now and then, the mouse would be off to the right by
about 10 pixles or so. The mouse does not reach the left edge of

Look at the content of "Default" which is located under
/etc/X11/gdm/Sessions.
That file should have the following 2 lines only:
#! /bin/sh
exec gnome-session
If there is some other stuff, comment it out by placing hash
marks in the beginning of each line "#" (without the quotes)
