How do I enable the scrollbar on an xterm? I tried
$ xterm -rightbar
and no dice, it completely ignores the parameter. Likewise with -leftbar. I
do recall setting the scrollbar via some menu or the other which was acessed
by a key sequence which I can't recall now. Can I recompile xterm so that
it has -rightbar enabled by default? This is with Xfree86 4.2.0 on NetBSD
1.5/i386.
