[newbie] portuguese accents mandrake 7.0 and staroffice

I can't get portuguese accents when I use the us-international keyboard and the
staroffice.

At the console and other KDE applications is ok, but with staroffice i can not
get the ccedilla and the tilde.

Could some one help me ??
