[newbie] help a poor goober out with lilo

I got it on my laptop now I cant get it off. How do I tell lilo to hit the hills and give me back control of my computer?

Where is the lilo installed so that if I want to reformat I can take it off? Is there a way to access it after the hard drive has been reformatted because it is still there and the only boot option is linux, which isnt there. lol got myself into a knot... :) - Original Message - From:
