Hi All I just installed Mandrake 8.0 on my Toshiba335CDT Laptop. However, in order to get it to work I had to go through an "interactive" boot and disable the PCMCIA service, then once I got it up and running I had to chmod the /etc/rc.d/init.d/pcmcia file in so that it isn't executable anymore in order for the machine to boot on its own. My NIC is a PCMCIA card, so I need to figure out how to get this service working. The funny thing is that it worked during setup, and setup even recognized the NIC card, it just freezes up trying to boot with the pcmcia service enabled. Any suggestions? Your help and input is much appreciated! - Shaka
