Ok, I installed compat-glibc, comapt-libs, netscape-common v4.73 from the HelixCD.
Now, how do I make Navigator start? I tried running it under gnome but nothing. I also
would like to make a shortcut in the GNOME Panel. I'm using Win4LinThanx!

moving to Linux Mandrake.
By all means run the installation in text mode

I personally like AMD. Although linux mostly supports intel. Not much change since
Search for linux + ls-120. AFAIR, a couple of months after ls-120 came out,
unsupported linux drivers were produced. I don't remember the URL though.:

I'm trying to install Mandrake 7.1 to dual boot with Win98SE but I get an error
message sending a signal 7...exiting abnormally or something similar when it tries to
scan for packages. I'm installing it on a box with these specs...
