THE WORK ON DRAFTING THE LAW ON ELECTING REPRESENTATIVES CONTINUING
Podgorica - The Working group of the Montenegrin Parliament for drafting
the Law on electing the representatives to the Parliament of the state
union of Serbia and Montenegro is expected to continue with the
preparation of the draft text.
The Law on the implementation of the Constitutional charter implies that
the laws on electing representatives to the Parliament of the state
union of Serbia and Montenegro are passed in the republic parliaments
ten days from the Constitutional charter going into effect.
THE EU CHIEFS OF DIPLOMACY ABOUT THE CHARTER
ADOPTION OF THE CHARTER IS A CONDITION FOR THE EU MEMBERSHIP
Podgorica - Chiefs of Diplomacy of the European Union (EU) are expected
to talk today in Brussels about the adoption of the Constitutional
charter of the state union of Serbia and Montenegro.
They will warn that the process of stabilization of Serbia and
Montenegro will not be able to mark any progress until the Charter is
adopted in the parliaments and until the Action Plan for the
coordination the two entities' economies is harmonized - reports
Podgorica daily newspaper "Pobjeda", quoting Beta Agency.
The European Ministers are expected to send a message to all ex Yugoslav
countries reminding them about their obligation to fully cooperate with
the Hague Tribunal, which entails the extradition of all the war crime
suspects to the Hague.
THE GREEK AMBASSADOR MICHALIS SPINELLIS VISITING PODGORICA MEETING OF
SPINELLIS AND BURZAN
Podgorica - The Greek Ambassador to Belgrade Michalis Spinellis is
paying an official visit to Montenegro.
According to Podgorica media, Spinellis will meet with the Montenegrin
chief of Diplomacy Dragisa Burzan.
Burzan is also expected to meet today with the US principle officer to
Podgorica, Hoyt Brian Yee.

NASTVAK RADA NA ZAKONU O IZBORU POSLANIKA
Podgorica-Radna grupa crnogorskog parlamenta za izradu Nacrta zakona o
izboru poslanika u Skupstinu drzavne zajednice Srbije i Crne Gore ,danas
ce nastaviti pripremu teksta tog propisa.
Zakonom o sprovodjenju Ustavne povelje predvidjeno je da se zakoni o
izboru poslanika u parlament drzavne zajednice Srbije i Crne Gore donose
u republickim skupstinama u roku od deset dana od stupanja Povelje na
snagu.

USLOV ZA CLANSTVO U EU - USVAJANJE POVELJE
Podgorica-Sefovi diplomatija Evropske Unije(EU) danas ce u Briselu
razgovarati o usvajanju Ustavne povelje drzavne zajednice Srbije i Crne
Gore.
Oni ce upozoriti da proces stabilizacije Srbije i Crne Gore nece moci da
napreduje sve dok Povelja ne bude usvojena u parlamentima i dok se
potpuno ne usaglasi Akcioni plan za uskladjivanje dvaju privreda-pise
podgoricka Pobjeda,pozivajuci se na agenciju Beta.
Ocekuje se da evropski ministri upute poruku svim zemljama bivse
Jugoslavije,da je njihova obaveza da u punoj mjeri saradjuju sa Haskim
sudom,sto ukljucuje prebacivanje svih optuzenih za ratne zlocine u Hag.

SUSRET SPINELISA I BURZANA
Podgorica-Grcki ambasador u Beogradu Mihalis Spinelis boravice danas u
sluzbenoj posjeti Crnoj Gori.
Spinelis ce,kako najavljuju podgoricki mediji, razgovarati sa
crnogorskim sefom diplomatije Dragisom Burzanom.
Burzan ce dans razgovarati i sa sefom americkog konzulata u Podgorici
Hojt Brajan Jiom.
