PRESIDENT MILO DJUKANOVIC: THE ONLY SOLUTION - ELECTIONS ON ALL LEVELS IN AUTUMN Podgorica - President of Montenegro Milo Djukanovic talked yesterday with the participants of the counseling of Yugoslav economists. On the occasion, he said that the crisis in Montenegro was very deep and that the only solution to the situation was organizing elections on all levels. He also said that the elections might be expected as early as in Autumn. Djukanovic warned that there were tendencies in some domestic structures, but also in Brussels, towards subsequent interpretations and remodeling of the basic principles for redefining relations between Serbia and Montenegro. He firmly stated that any remodeling of the Belgrade Agreement would mean its violation. PROPOSAL OF THE CONSTITUTIONAL CHARTER BY JULY 4 Podgorica - The Commission for drafting the Constitutional Charter at the yesterday's meeting in Podgorica nominated the sub-commission, which is supposed to prepare the proposal of the Constitutional Charter. The sub-commission is conceived on the parity principle, i.e. Federal, Serbian and Montenegrin Parliament each have three representatives respectively. EXTRAORDINARY ELECTIONS ARE THE EVENTUALITY Podgorica - The Spokesman of the ruling Democratic Party of Socialists (DPS), Igor Luksic, said after last night's meeting of the Presidency of the Party that extraordinary parliamentary elections were very probable in trying to solve the political crisis in Montenegro. He said that primer-designate Filip Vujanovic informed the party presidency that he would present the results of the first round of consultations to President Djukanovic, in order to discuss the second round of consultations with coalition "Together for Yugoslavia". Vice-presidents of the Socialists People's Party (SNP) and the People's Party (NS), Zoran Zizic and Predrag Popovic, said that coalition "Together for Yugoslavia" would probably accept the invitation of Premier-Designate Vujanovic for the second round of consultations about forming Montenegro's Government. President of the Liberal Alliance (LS) Miroslav Vickovic said, however, that the announcement of the second round of consultations was a "theatre of the absurd". In Montenegrin DJUKANOVIC: JEDINO RJESENJE IZBORI NA SVIM NIVOIMA OVE JESENI Podgorica - Predsjednik Crne Gore Milo Djukanovic juce je u razgovoru sa ucensicima savjetovanja jugoslovenskih ekonomista ocijenio da je kriza u Crnoj Gori veoma duboka i da je jedino rjesenje u izborima na svim nivoima. On je rekao da bi ti izbori mogli da uslijede vec na jesen. Djukanovic je upozorio da u nekim domacim strukturama, ali i u Briselu, postoje nastojanja da se naknadno tumace i prekrajaju osnovna nacela za redefinisanje odnosa izmedju Srbije i Crne Gore, i kategoricno porucio da bi svako prekrajanje Beogradskog sporazuma znacilo njegovo rusenje. PREDLOG USTAVNE POVELJE DO 4. JULA Podgorica - Komisija za pisanje ustavne povelje na jucerasnjem sastanku u Podgorici imenovala je potkomisiju, koja do 4. jula treba da pripremi predlog ustavne povelje. Potkomisija ustavne povelje je sastavljena po principu pariteta, od po tri predstvnika savezne, srpske i crnogorske skupstine. VANREDNI IZBORI REALNE MOGUCNOSTI Podgorica - Portparol Demokratske partije socijalista (DPS) Igor Luksic saopstio je da je Predsjednistvo te stranke ocijenilo da su vanredni parlamentarni izbori realna varijanta rjesenja politicke krize u Crnoj Gori. On je kazao da je mandatar Filip Vujanovic obavijestio Predsjednistvo da ce predsjedniku Crne Gore Milu Djukanovicu predociti rezultate prvog kruga konsultacija kako bi se razgovaralo i o drugom krugu sa jugoslovenskom koalicijom. Potpredsjednici Socijalistcke narodne partije (SNP) i Narodne stranke (NS) Zoran Zizic i Predrag Popovic izjavili su da ce Koalicija za Jugoslaviju vjerovatno prihvatiti poziv mandatara Vujanovica za drugi krug konsultacija o formiranju cnogorske vlade, dok je predsjednik Liberalnog saveza (LS) Miroslav Vickovic najavu drugog kruga konsultacija nazvao teatrom apsurda. KROFORD U CRNOJ GORI Podgorica - Ambasador Velike Britanije u Beogradu Carls Kroford danas ce u Podgorici razgovarati sa predsjednikom Republike Crne Gore Milom Djukanovicem, predsjednikom Skupstine Vesnom Perovic i predsjednikom vlade Filipom Vujanovicem. TURIZAM MORSKA VODA PRVE KATEGORIJE Podgorica - Strucnjaci Instituta za biologiju mora u Kotoru, kontrolom cistoce mora na 55 lokaliteta na Crnogorskom primorju, ustanovili su, da 80 odsto plaza ima kvalitet morske vode prve kategorije.
