THE CONSTITUTIONAL SUBCOMMISSION CONTINUES WITH THE WORK
A HALF OF THE CONSTITUTIONAL LAW DRAFT TEXT HARMONIZED

Podgorica - The Constitutional Subcommission coordinated a half of the
draft text of the Law on the Constitutional charter implementation
yesterday. The work is supposed to be continued in Podgorica on Monday,
December 23, 2002.

Internal consultations are being continued because of the unsettled
issues regarding "communication with the International Monetary Fund
(IMF) and the property allocation - stated member of the Montenegrin
delegation Igor Luksic.

Luksic said that he hoped that the Constitutional charter would be
adopted by the end of the following week in the parliaments of
Montenegro and Serbia, and later on proclaimed by the Yugoslav
Parliament.

MONTENEGRO CAN EXPECT HELP OF THE STABILITY PACT

Podgorica - The Presiding of the Working group fighting against people
trafficking close to the Stability Pact, Helga Konrad, will be staying
in Podgorica today - announce Podgorica media.

Montenegro can expect the assistance of the Stability Pact in its fight
against people trafficking - Helga Konrad said. She also announced that
she would send a clear message to the Montenegrin government that the
international crime had to be brought to light.

WE MUST BEAT ORGANIZED CRIME

Podgorica - By clarifying the affair of the international chain of
people trafficking, Montenegro could definitely prove itself as a leader
of the West Balkans in the fight against the international organized
crime - Montenegro's Interior Affairs Minister Andrija Jovicevic on the
occasion of inspecting an honor police guard in Danilovgrad.

That is also a precondition for a successful implementation of the
overall reform in the Montenegrin society, as well as for quicker
entering the processes of the European integration - Jovicevic said.


THE PRESIDENTIAL ELECTIONS CAMPAIGN LASTS TWO MORE DAYS
ENDING ON FRIDAY

Podgorica - The pre-election campaign for the presidential elections in
Montenegro will last two more days, and in the night between Friday and
Saturday electoral silence begins.

Eleven candidates are running for president. The presidential elections
in Montenegro are scheduled for December 22.

USTAVNA POTKOMISIJA NASTAVLJA RAD
USAGLASENO POLA TEKSTA USTAVNOG ZAKONA

Podgorica - Ustavna potkomisija juce je usaglasila pola teksta predloga
Ustavnog zakona za sprovodjenje Ustavne povelje, a rad ce nastaviti u
ponedeljak, 23. decembra 2002. godine u Podgorici.

Interne konsulatcije se nastavljaju zbog neusaglasenih pitanja oko
"komunikacije sa Medjunarodnim monetarnim fondom (MMF) i raspodjelom
imovine" - izjavio je clan crnogorske delegacije Igor Luksic.

Luksic je rekao da se nada da ce Ustavna povelja krajem iduce nedjelje
biti usvojena u parlamentima Crne Gore i Srbije i da ce je kasnije
proglasiti Skupština Jugoslavije.

Podgorica - Predsjedavajuca Radne grupe za borbu protiv trgovine ljudima
pri Paktu stabilnosti Helga Konrad boravice danas u Podgorici -
najavljuju ovdasnji mediji

U borbi protiv trgovine ljudima Crna Gora moze ocekivati pomoc Pakta
stabilnosti - izjavila je Konrad i najavila  da ce crnogorskoj vladi
prenijeti jasnu poruku da se medjunarodna kriminalna mreza mora
razotkriti.

CRNOGORSKI MINISTAR POLICIJE ANDRIJA JOVICEVIC:
MORAMO POBIJEDITI ORGANIZOVANI KRIMINAL

Podgorica - Rasvjetljavanjem afere medjunarodnog lanca trgovine ljudima,
Crna Gora se moze definitivno afirmisati kao lider zapadnog Balkana u
borbi protiv medjunarodnog organizovanog kriminala - izjavio je
crnogorski ministar unutrasnjih poslova Andrija Jovicevic, prilikom
smotre jedinica policije u Danilovgradu.

To je i preduslov da se uspjesno realizuju ukupne reforme u crnogorskom
drustvu, te da se sto brze ukljucimo u procese evropske integracije -
rekao je Jovicevic.


KAMPANJA ZA PREDSJEDNICKE IZBORE U CRNOJ GORI TRAJE JOS DVA DANA
ZAVRSNICA U PETAK

Podgorica - Predizborna kampanja za predsjednicke izbore u Crnoj Gori
trajace jos dva dana, a u noci izmedju petka i subote pocinje
predizborna tisina.

Predsjednicki izbori u Crnoj Gori zakazani su za 22. decembar, a za
predsjednika Crne Gore prijavilo se 11 predsjednickih kandidata.

INSTITUT DR "SIMO MILOSEVIC":
VISE STRANIH GOSTIJU NAREDNE GODINE

Podgorica - U institut "Dr Simo Milosevic" u Igalo vec pocetkom januara
stizu prvi gosti iz inostranstva. Za sada je, prema najavama iz te
rehabilitacione ustanove izvjesno da ce sa Norveskog i Holandskog
trzista tokom iduce godine doci znatno veci broj gostiju nego minule
sezone.

Osim pacijenata u mediteranskom zdravstvenom centru, gosti ce biti
sportisti na pripremama, a Institut je dobio i ponudu da u oktobru iduce
godine organizuje Evropsko juniorsko prvenstvo u sahu sa oko 1000
gositiju.
