Podgorica - Montenegrin Parliament session, scheduled for yesterday, has once again been delayed for Tuesday, 30 April. "The session is delayed because Prime Minister Filip Vujanovic has not till this day precisely defined his position regarding his resignation, due to which it was impossible to formulate that item of the agenda" - said the President of the Parliament Vesna Perovic. The same reason was the cause of previous delays, and Prime Minister Vujanovic has sent three letters to the President of the Parliament, suggesting Parliament's proclamation of mandate cessation of the Montenegrin Government. Vujanovic said he "did not understand" why the Republic Parliament would not accept his proposal on proclaiming cessation of Government's mandate. According to Vujanovic, the Parliament ought to proclaim the Government mandate cessation and thus enable forming of a new Government and dedicate itself to legislative and other jurisdictions, primarily to implementation of the Belgrade Agreement - Vujanovic said.
