I'm not aware of any compatible builds of Ceph in Launchpad PPAs that
could be used to build fsal-ceph. Same goes for fsal-rgw.

It'd be useful to have nfs-ganesha-vfs and nfs-ganesha-ceph
packages for Xenial like those available for Fedora 24. Has
anybody already built or is planning on building Xenial PPA
packages for FSAL_CEPH and FSAL_VFS? I only see nfs-ganesha
