I wanted to say thanks for the work surrounding this issue. The
required patches were applied quickly. As well, even the more
difficult logging issue was handled in short order. Thanks for making
this happen!

NH-2263 into SVN style. I also cleaned up a couple things due to the
latest changes and info. It'd be great if it could be given a second
