Yes it will fit fine and I actually have a center stand for that bike (91-03
CB750) w/o hardware if you're interested.

I recently purchased a 2003 Nighthawk 750 that has a 4 into 1 Vance
and Hines exhaust system. I want to install a center stand but am not
sure if the after market exhaust system will prevent me from
installing one. Does anyone know if the Vance and Hines will work with
a centerstand?
Thanks

Wall clock kits are at Walmart also. The Walmart that I work at sells
them anyway.

I am looking to buy or trade for a right (battery) side cover for my
nighthawk. It is a 1983 CB450SC that is black. I will take any color
at this point. I have a windshield that is missing 1 of the mounting
arms that I would be willing to trade.
Please let me know if you are interested or have
Gene,
Thanks for that information. I wanted to get it last time you mentioned it,
but inadvertently omitted the information...

I believe when they say overhaul, they mean you remove and drain the
oil cooler along with everything else. On my 83 650, a standard oil
and filter change takes 2.5 quarts (if I remember right) but over
three quarts on an "overhaul". I think that oil cooler holds a decent
amount of oil.

This morning, I awoke to a puddle of gas under my 92 NH750 with 87M miles
on it. The leak seems to be from the airbox and happens only on the
sidestand. Droplets of fuel can be seen coming from behind the left side
panel. No
leak when on the centerstand. Engine start shows signs of flooding.
