If I were you and I had the money I'd get the magna, 70K is pretty high mileage on a bike, especially if it's been neglected. Better yet find another Nighthawk and use yours as a parts bike. Or just get one os the 1991-2003 nighthawks as they typically can be had for what you're looking to
