I took it apart. Saw a plastic diafram in a platic/ rubber like matter cylinder insert that lead to the vent in the gas cap. I put a small hole in it for more venting. I still have the same problems...runing out of gas at 60 to 80 miles with about 2 gal. still left in the tank. I sprayed it w
