dont recommend it. tolls, biting gnats, smoke, long distances with no gass
station, sun burn, and police trying to make some extra money.

Just installed a K and N filter - and the smell of gas/petrol is quite
pronounced - normal ? or over oiled - under oiled [cant believe that as
presumably it would lean out] needs re-tuning for an air filter change? No
change in performance - if anything smoother ?

i just changed my oil also and it smelled of fuel a little more than normal.
bike runs fine. maybe ethynol in fuel is doing it. i dont know but would
like more input from the group.

It's possibly different issue not related to the KN install.
I'd check plugs to see if they're wet with gas. Then dipstick for
indication that the level its higher than normal and smell-test
dipstick for gas odor. If either is positive, you could damage engine
internals if you run it
