I've seen that one and one other before, so they're not one-offs.
Someone must have produced them in some quantity. I'm not much
impressed because they seem to be two or three pieces joined together
with large, ugly bolts and washers that don't mesh with the overall
clean, sleek lines of the bike.
Atlanta -- moderate sundown temps finally, but take bungies to strap
the jacket to the bike in late afternoon. Still hot, humid then.
Great night time, tho. In the high 50s.

+1 on the warm up.
All Hondas exhibit that tendency -- cold blooded, because of the too-
lean nature of the air-fuel mix. Typical warm up is more like 5
minutes or more. Good measure to determine when the bike is ready to
ride is: full choke on start up, then wait till idle starts to drop.
The
Your not letting it warm up enough. They are horribly lean from the factory. In
winter I used to have to keep it at 4K or else it would cool off and I would
have to put the choke partially on. That went away once I richened the low
speed jets and put washers on the needles.

My 2008 Honda Nighthawk 250 starts up and runs great. However, there
is a dead spot on the throttle right after I start the bike. The dead
spot in in the low RPM's. I can gas it past this and get going, but it
takes at least 5 minutes of riding for the problem to go away. Am I
not warming the bike
45 degrees when i got on the bike this morning, put the liner back in my
jacket.

Morning All,
48.9 Degrees F this morning - high of 58
I "almost" rode the bike to work this morning, but the afternoon temps are
still in the 90s so I passed on it. After my 1+hour long commute in stop and
go Houston gridlock monday afternoon in 101F temps I didn't feel like it.

Allen, I still have my V&H setup. Surface rust at the collector, nothing
thin or holed. Willing to let it go pretty cheap because of it's condition.
