I had the same problem on my 82 honda nighthawk 450 s c . It was a rusted
fuse holder. Bought all new car style fuse holders and it has never happened
again. Check for bad fuseholder or connections to it.

Not sure about your model but others have a fuse down by the starter relay.

Is this a 650? If so check the wiring harness plugs in the back if the fuse
block.

Happy as a king
Used it yesterday afternoon to do a little tour, all is well...
Today, I want to use it... all light come on, starter start
For us it was about a 350 mile day. Here are some pictures of the trip.

Mr Corbin and the like don't seem to offer a replacement and more
cushy seat for my 250 Nighthawk. I know about Airhawk strap on
alternatives but wonder if others know of a total replacement seat

There would definitely need to be some class time for Chelle before she
rides one solo. She's... not the most coordinated of folks, shall we say?
And can be inattentive. She likes them, but like I've said before she likes
the big ones.
Trying to convince her to take a class to see if it's somethin
talk about taking the show on the road...

Then you got the issue of convincing her to go ride it. I know two people who
have done that and both now just have an extra bike because she won't ride it.
My wife has never been on a bike and has no desire to either.

Can't say I blame her. Riding pillion is not something I enjoy
either. I've only done it once, when my bike broke down miles from
nowhere and a passing stranger gave me a lift to town.
I was back there braking, throttling and changing gears all the while,
cuz the guy's riding style drove me nutz
