I agree with Gram. If you would wiggle the key and it would work, and now it
doesn't.. Has to be the ignition switch.

It's not Florida but last September I hit so many lovebugs I had to pull
over after 10 minutes to wash my visor just to see where I was going.
They're pretty unpredictable.

I guess I'll take that as a yes. I've been there when they were heavy
and wouldn't want to repeat that experience.
But the lack of response begs another question. Where do Floridians
go on their vacations?

The style changed completely from the 80s to the 90/00's bikes. An 80s 700S
will have shaft drive, 6 speeds, hydraulic clutch, dual front disk brakes,
gear indicator, fuel gauge, etc. The 90/00s 750 will have 50 more CCs of
displacement.

Oh here we go...
Why don't we all agree that the 750s from Canada is cooler
than both the 700s because of displacement, and cooler looking that
the 750s of the 80s and 90s that were available in the US?
Does that make everyone happy?
:-)

I thought we all recently agreed in another thread that the 700S was cooler
than the new 750?
Not that I'm biased :)

Allen,
Unfortunately, the 750 is just too tall for me - based upon

Then again, I was a junior rider then - it might be worth a revisit.

All,
It wasn't an easy decision, but I did finally decide that
the 450 Nighthawk I owned and loved for 12,000 miles was better off in
someone else's garage.
The good news, I'm pretty sure she's gone to a good home and
I got a fair price for her, in the condition she's in.
