I rebuild carbs all the time, and basically if you are careful during disassembly you won't need rebuild kits. Most kehin carbs use an o-ring based bowl gasket which 99% of the time doesn't leak if reused. For the jets I strip a piece of stranded copper wire and poke them open, then throw the jets

You have the one model I'm not familiar with, but here goes. Your tank to carb feed line should connect at the carb with a T fitting on a fuel rail just above the float bowl.
