Is it in neutral? General question to everyone: if the main fuse blows,
will the headlight still get power, or that kills everthing?

First to admit im a novice on motorcycle knowledge, this is my first bike,
went to start it this afternoon and it wont do anything. I still have power
to lights and all instruments just when i hit the ignition button nothing
happens. No clicking, buzzing, or any sense of the bike wanting to turn
Allen is totally right. This bike has a pretty upright position, no much
different from being in my NH750. The pegs are higher, but can be easily
changed. Overall is a really pleasant bike to ride.

I second the option of pulling the ignition or helmet lock and taking that
to a dealer/locksmith

Early spring is always a dangerous time to ride. Your skills are rusty,
cars aren't looking for you, and the roads are in poor condition.

That is all I do, minus the google calander reminder. I also rotate the
front tire to keep it from getting a flat spot.

The VFRs in general, and even the old sports bikes are no where near as
aggressive in the riding position as they are now.

All,
I don't normally get on the Soapbox - but - I came across a
motorcycle accident and it has put the Ride Safe and 'Check Twice - Save a
Life' slogans right in my brain.
Have a look at the details:

See, we can be taught!
Great idea, if you don't ride it now and ten through the winter.
I would boast about how I ride all winter, but we had this incredibly mild
winter this year. I'll bet I won't next year.

I'd love to have the crotch rocket version of my VF500C, but I probably
wouldn't be able to give it enough miles to justify the buy. Beautiful bike
and presentation, though.

Hi surfswab, thanks for the reply. I've already used CMS for the forward
controls we needed but they don't have the exhaust system in stock and
seemingly want £1500 for it new which is a little more than I'd hoped to
pay. I guess i'll just have to keep a close eye on ebay for anyone breaking
a hawk
