Eric, any smoke coming from the valve cover should be preceded by some oil seepage at the valve cover gasket or the half moons. Check to be sure it's smoke you are seeing from the valve cover. That is unlikely. It's more likely oil that is seeping onto the exhaust somewhere. I would let it go for

Hey all my 83 650sc seems to be smoking from the valve cover, first off there is 91+4 oz seafoam in the tank cause I bought it used, sitting for 5 years, rusty tank cleaned it out, metal inline filter, cleaned the carbs, changed the copper donuts for the headers, scraped off old paper valve
