Acetone is a solvent and atf is automatic transmission fluid, mixed
50/50. If at all possible do compression test on that cylinder to see if
that may be your situation. The acetone and atf will free up stuck rings .
You'll need an oil change afterward as some will enter crankcase

I haven’t ridden the bike, but it was running when I bought it. The engine
wasn’t running very well and the carbs had a leak, hence the carb strip. It’s
now running much better and idles pretty good, but number one header takes
quite a while to get hot.
What’s Acetone and atf mixture.
Is this bike one you've ridden? Is this a new problem since carb cleaning
or dont know because you haven't ridden?
I'm asking because I had the same problem when I first got my 700s. Mine
sat for years with gas in it and it worked it's way into cylinder. Did
compression test and that cylinder was

Yes I did sync the carbs. It was running for 10-15 mins. It did start to get
hot towards the end, but why take so long ?

I’ve just put the carbs back on after completely stripping and cleaning them,
new O rings ( there was a leak ). Cleaned with carb cleaner and blown out with
compressed air.
Started the bike and after a couple of minutes it was idling nicely, but the
number 1 header was cold. Thinkin
