It looks like the engine and frame are from two different bikes. The engine
# should begin with same two letters and #s.

Could that PC be an RC? According to this motorcycle VIN site I found RC11
would be a 1983 CS650 C Custom.

it needs some work, mainly a respray as the colour has been changed from red
to a very badly sprayed black. I think it is a 1983 model as the original
colour was red, (wineberry candy red) I think from the info I have got on
