First clean and reassemble ALL connectors including all the bullet
connectors in the headlight. Use dielectric grease on assembly. If that
doesn't fix it.
Try removing fuses to isolate the circuit that is making them heat up. Then
trace with a multimeter and look for wires with high Ohm resistance
Im having problems with my two main wires going into the fuse panel. They are
heating up. I can't figure out why. Iv replaced battery. Reg rectifier.
