[Nighthawk Lovers] 83 650 Carb Boots

Hi Everyone, So doing the spring maintenance (which for me involves another project). The carb boots on both sides are as hard as a rock and I am probably going to have to cut them off. Honda no longer offers the part. Before I hit up e-bay I just wanted to check if anyone new another source or
