*Getting ready to drain the gear oil from my final drive. The owner's manual
recommends straight 90 weight gear oil, but all I could find was 80w-90. I'm
assuming that's gonna work just fine. All the other specs match just fine.*

80w90 that meets all your other requirements will do just fine. It will be a
touch thinner than straight 90w oil when cold, but after a short while it
won't matter.
