[Nighthawk Lovers] Lowering front of bike

I think I'm not really qualified to comment on how it may affect the handling, but when I bought my 700 it had 650 forks on it. Due to the tire diameter differences this effectively lowered the seat by almost 2 inches. I bought a 700 front end and returned it to stock and noticed some handling diff
