We already feel reality. Im a scout. We use strykers to train for our
mission in case of war, now we are only allowed to use 20 gallons of fuel a
month, per troop to train. None of our vehicles can leave the motorpool.
Our field ambulances can not leave to go with us to train. Its ok though,
