+1 the 82. Is a one off bike and is SOHC I have one in my garage. Basically
it is a regular CB650 with upgraded forks and brakes, and body kit.

Correct, as somebody who had bought an '83 650, that bike is definitely an
'83-'85.

It is at least an 84, not an 83. DOHV didn't begin til 84. The 83 was SOHV. I
have had 3 of the 83's and 2 of the 84's and currently have an 85.
Mirrors don't match...
