Hi everyone, My 1983 550sc Nighthawk ( 34,000 miles ) has a slapping noise at idle. I have read it might be cam sliders ( sp ) Any ideas ? Is this something I could do myself ( I have tools and some talent, I keep my old BMW car running lol ) I also have a very low mile parts bike. Any suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks
