the computer that is separated from the rest of the network, download the 
packages that you need, and then change the url that is associated with those 
packages in your package list to point to the folder. Nimble should be able to 
resolve the dependencies and install everything for you in this manner, and you 
won't have to redo any of the steps the next time you use it.
