I confirm that I had issues with the antivirus. Nimble does not even respond to
--help or similar. No output at all. I installed nim and nimble in a virtualbox
virtual machine and connect through ssh with VSCode, with this approach is
working nicely.

I've just installed nim on a new windows 10. and after the installation on the
command line nim works fine, but nimble does not respond to anything.
If I do:
`nimble` I get nothing. No error... nothing.
any other flag or --help, produces nothing.
nim --version
