nvidia-x11: undo parallel building
In ffc498c4900bbc993b88ef5525698e06fd91beca -j$NIX_BUILD_JOBS was added.
Somehow this caused my machine to run many many more parallel jobs than
it was supposed to, freezing the system.
If you don't experience this, feel free to revert.
