[nlug] Downloaded files in Chrome for Android

Can anyone tell me where Chrome for Android stores downloaded files? They show up in the Downloads submenu in Chrome, but not in the Downloads app, nor can the File Explorer find them. Chrome is apparently storing them in a hidden folder, or else isn't truly downloading them. Chrome for
