I'll also suggest Kompozer... because it's available for both Windows
and Linux. There's also a "portable app" version that will run from a
thumb drive (or other external drive)
I was going to suggest NVU, but it looks like Kompozer is derived from
it, so it might be more friendly.
Personally, all that gui stuff gets in my way. It's Vim or nothing.
