The attached message indicates that a message to me was rejected for being too
big. Was this done by my software? If so, how can I determine the size limit
and how can I increase it?

nad.dad.org is the server that did it. Is this one you control? If so,
its' the MTA on that server that is configured to reject messages larger
than a certain size.
