I receive pgp mime mails quite often and if it just includes text I can
run something like gpg -d on it but ...

configured with masquerade: draft_from, so I just copied components,
forwcomps, replcomps and replgroupcomps into my nmh folder (~/Mail/) and
added my custom from-header.

I have a virtusertable and prefer to send mail from a mail alias. How can
I change the From: header? In mutt I use something like:
set from = 'virtu...@host'
my_hdr From: Full Name
