when entering the user name and password I use to access my US Bank
accounts on the web.
What *did* work was entering my social security number for user name

Hi Kevin,
I've been having the same issue trying to set up my direct connect
with U.S. Bank. I just got off the phone with US Bank's customer
support and they made sure I was authorized, but I'm still receiving
the same error. Any ideas?
