When upgrading from 1.3 to 1.4, there may be deprecated properties left over in
the zookeeper state, for example table.compaction.major.everything.at was a
valid property in 1.3, but the system complains about it after upgrading to 1.4
and spams up the logs.
Furthermore, the entry can only be removed via zkCli, since it doesn't show up
when running {{config -t}} from the shell.
