If it is not Ant who is holding locks on the HTML files, then the changes in
trunk won't help.
Ant's trunk should work fine with Java 1.4 (that's what

I have downloaded the ant build from svn trunk :
# ant -version
Apache Ant version 1.8.0alpha compiled on December 3 2008
