In SyncClientPool and AsyncClientPool, the value of nodeClientNumMap is used to
record the number of clients connecting to the cluster node. However, this
value will always do increment action and once this value reaches the
threshlod(the default maxConnectionForEachNode == 1000), it will wait for 5
seconds to create a new client.
