现在默认开启时间分区，可能会导致wal文件夹比较大（停止写入能降下去），需要优化配置，控制wal size不要过大

1. 192.168.10.64 机器 72核256GB
关合并，其余iotdb配置未修改。
启动NewIoTDB
2. bm运行周测配置 见附件
测试过程监测wal 文件夹大小
